Return and Refund Policy

Custom Order Return Policy

All custom orders, including garments printed or embroidered to your specifications, are non-refundable and not eligible for return or exchange once production has started.

We aim to ensure you're completely happy with your order. Before any custom order proceeds, we’ll email you a mock-up for approval.
Please review this carefully and request any edits before giving final confirmation. Once approved, production will begin, and the order is final.


DTF Transfers – Refund Policy

All DTF transfers are custom-made based on artwork you provide. As such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for customer-related issues, including:

  • Low-resolution or poor-quality images

  • Spelling errors or design flaws in submitted artwork

  • Change of mind after order confirmation


Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt.

Eligible issues include:

  • Printing errors not present in the approved proof

To process your claim, send clear photos of the issue to sales@inkandneedle.co.nz.
If your claim is approved, we will issue a replacement or a refund.
Note: We cannot accept claims for transfers that have already been heat pressed onto garments.


Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only if production has not yet started.
Once production begins, cancellations may be eligible for a partial refund or store credit, depending on the progress.


Shipping Delays

Ink and Needle is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather disruptions

  • Other unforeseen circumstances
