Important Notice Regarding Copyrighted and Trademarked Images:
At Ink and Needle, we cannot print trademarked or copyrighted materials (such as Marvel, Nike, NBA, etc.), screenshots, or watermarked images without written permission from the owner. Any unauthorized images will be removed from your order and WILL NOT be printed. If your entire order consists of such content, it will be canceled and refunded. If you have proper written permission, please email the documentation to sales@inkandneedle.co.nz for approval before placing your order.
Image Requirements:
Please ensure your artwork meets our guidelines before uploading. We are not responsible for designs that do not comply with our requirements. For detailed specifications, refer to our guidelines HERE.
Background Removal for Custom Transfers:
If you do not want the background of your design to be printed, it must be removed prior to uploading. Our DTF printer will reproduce your file exactly as submitted, including any backgrounds. Double-check your file to ensure it meets your expectations before finalizing your order.
Need your DTF Gang Sheet in a hurry? We can prepare it in just 24 hours (excluding weekends). Rush orders are also available, subject to workload, with a 20% rush fee applied to the total order amount.

Shipping Policy
At this time, we are only processing orders within New Zealand (NZ).
For all orders over $150, we offer free shipping within New Zealand!
For orders under $150, standard shipping rates will apply.
Refund Policy
All DTF transfers are custom-made based on the artwork you provide. As such, once production has commenced, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds due to customer errors, including:
- Low-resolution or poor-quality images
- Spelling mistakes or design inaccuracies in the submitted artwork
- Changes of mind after order confirmation
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect DTF transfer, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. Eligible issues include:
- Printing errors not present in the approved proof
- Damage incurred during shipping
To process your claim, provide clear photographs of the issue. We will assess the problem and, if validated, offer a replacement or refund. Please note that we cannot process claims for transfers that have already been applied to garments or other substrates.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled for a full refund only if production has not yet started. Once production is underway, cancellations may be subject to partial refunds or store credit, depending on the progress made.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

What file format and quality should I use for the best printing results?

Is there a setup fee for DTF Gang Sheets?
No, we do not charge any setup fees for DTF Gang Sheets. You can simply upload your designs and start customizing without any additional costs.
How do I know if my design will print correctly?
Our DTF Gang Sheet Builder gives you a preview of your sheet. Ensure your file meets the resolution and format requirements. If there are any issues with your design after submission, we’ll contact you to resolve them before printing.
What is your return policy?
As these are custom-printed items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a printing error on our part. Please ensure your designs meet our specifications before placing your order.
