Shipping Policy
At this time, we are only processing orders within New Zealand (NZ).
For all orders over $200, we offer free shipping within New Zealand!
For orders under $200, standard shipping rates will apply.
Refund Policy
DTF transfers are custom-made based on the artwork you provide. As such, once production has commenced, we cannot accept returns or offer
refunds due to customer errors, including:
- Low-resolution or poor-quality images
- Spelling mistakes or design inaccuracies in the submitted artwork
- Changes of mind after order confirmation
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect DTF transfer, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. Eligible issues include:
- Printing errors not present in the approved proof
- Damage incurred during shipping
To process your claim, provide clear photographs of the issue. We will
assess the problem and, if validated, offer a replacement or refund. Please note that we cannot process claims for transfers that
have already been applied to garments or other substrates.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled for a full refund only if production has not yet
started. Once production is underway, cancellations may be subject to
partial refunds or store credit, depending on the progress made.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
