Shipping Policy

At this time, we are only processing orders within New Zealand (NZ).

For all orders over $200, we offer free shipping within New Zealand!

For orders under $200, standard shipping rates will apply.

Refund Policy

DTF transfers are custom-made based on the artwork you provide. As such, once production has commenced, we cannot accept returns or offer
refunds due to customer errors, including:

  • Low-resolution or poor-quality images
  • Spelling mistakes or design inaccuracies in the submitted artwork
  • Changes of mind after order confirmation

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect DTF transfer, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. Eligible issues include:

  • Printing errors not present in the approved proof
  • Damage incurred during shipping​

To process your claim, provide clear photographs of the issue. We will
assess the problem and, if validated, offer a replacement or refund. Please note that we cannot process claims for transfers that
have already been applied to garments or other substrates.​

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled for a full refund only if production has not yet
started. Once production is underway, cancellations may be subject to
partial refunds or store credit, depending on the progress made.​

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.​
