Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to New Zealand and Australia only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping to other countries at this time.
Processing Time
All of our embroidered garments are made in New Zealand, with each piece carefully embroidered by me at my headquarters.. Once you place an order, it generally takes 1-3 business days to complete the embroidery and prepare your package for shipment.
For graphic tees that are in stock, we dispatch the order the next business day after purchase.
Delivery Timeframes
After your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery times are:
- New Zealand: 2-5 business days
- Australia: 3-10 business days
Please note that these are estimated times and could vary due to factors like courier delays, public holidays, or weather conditions.
Tracking and Communication
