Create Your Own DTF Gang Sheet

Upload multiple designs onto one 57 cm-wide gang sheet and make the most of your printing space.

Available Sizes

57 × 30 cm, 57 × 50 cm, 57 × 100 cm, 57 × 200 cm, 57 × 300 cm, 57 × 500 cm, 57 × 800 cm and 57 × 1000 cm.

Artwork Requirements

  • Upload print-ready PNG files with a transparent background.
  • 300 DPI is recommended for the best print quality.
  • Remove all backgrounds and unwanted pixels.
  • Check the size, spelling and layout before ordering.
  • Your artwork will be printed exactly as supplied.

Need artwork help? Artwork preparation is available from $20 per design. Please contact us before ordering.

Turnaround

Normally ready within 1–2 business days. Larger orders may require additional time.

Pressing Instructions

  • Pre-press for 5 seconds at 150°C.
  • Press for 12–15 seconds at 150°C.
  • Hot peel.
  • Repress for approximately 5 seconds.

Please note: Colours may vary slightly between your screen and the finished print. We do not print gang-related symbols, wording or insignia.

What file format should I upload?
For best results, upload a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background. We recommend artwork at 300 DPI for sharp, high-quality prints.
Do my images need a transparent background?
Yes. We strongly recommend using artwork with a transparent background. Any visible background in your artwork may also be printed on the transfer.
What size should I make my designs?
Set each design to the exact size you want it printed. Before ordering, check the width and height of every design carefully inside the Gang Sheet Builder.
Can I put multiple different designs on one gang sheet?
Yes. You can add multiple logos, names, graphics and different-sized designs to the same gang sheet. Arrange them to make the best use of the available space.
How close can I place designs together?
You can place your designs fairly close together to maximise the available space. We recommend leaving enough room between each design so you can easily cut them apart before pressing.
How do I know if my artwork is good enough to print?
Check the DPI shown in the Gang Sheet Builder before ordering. For the sharpest print quality, we recommend artwork at 300 DPI. Lower-DPI artwork may appear blurry or pixelated when printed.
Will you resize or fix my artwork before printing?
Your gang sheet will be printed based on the artwork, position and sizing you submit. Please check everything carefully before ordering. If you need help preparing your artwork, email us at sales@inkandneedle.co.nz .
Is there a setup fee for DTF Gang Sheets?
No. There is no setup fee when you build and submit your own gang sheet through our online Gang Sheet Builder.
How long does DTF Gang Sheet printing take?
Most DTF transfer orders are produced within 1–2 business days. Courier delivery time is additional.
How do I press the transfers?
Pre-press your garment for 5 seconds at 150°C. Position your transfer and press for 12–15 seconds at 150°C. After peeling, repress for approximately 5 seconds at 150°C.

Shipping Policy

At this time, we are only processing orders within New Zealand (NZ).

For all orders over $250, we offer free shipping within New Zealand!

For orders under $250, standard shipping rates will apply.

Refund Policy

All DTF transfers are custom-made based on the artwork you provide. As such, once production has commenced, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds due to customer errors, including:

  • Low-resolution or poor-quality images
  • Spelling mistakes or design inaccuracies in the submitted artwork
  • Changes of mind after order confirmation

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect DTF transfer, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. Eligible issues include:

  • Printing errors not present in the approved proof
  • Damage incurred during shipping​

To process your claim, provide clear photographs of the issue. We will assess the problem and, if validated, offer a replacement or refund. Please note that we cannot process claims for transfers that have already been applied to garments or other substrates.​

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled for a full refund only if production has not yet started. Once production is underway, cancellations may be subject to partial refunds or store credit, depending on the progress made.​

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.​
